New Balance, Golden Goose End ‘Dad Shoe’ Trade Dress Suit

New Balance Athletics Inc. has agreed to dismiss its trade dress infringement suit that alleged Golden Goose USA Inc. infringed the trade dress of its 990 model “dad shoe” sneakers to create a similar pair of shoes.
