Neuriva $8 Million Brain Booster Deal Approved by Judge

An $8 million false ad class deal between Neuriva memory supplement consumers and Reckitt Benckiser LLC won final approval after a federal judge in Florida adopted a a magistrate judge’s earlier recommendation.

The court considered Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman’s report and recommendations, as well as objections to the deal, Judge Marcia G. Cooke of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida said Thursday.
