A female pilot has resolved her sex discrimination lawsuit against NetJets Aviation Inc. after the Sixth Circuit said it was improper to grant the private aviation company summary judgment.

Shari Drerup has been a pilot for 11 years and is certified to fly five aircraft, but was specifically hired to fly the Phenom 300.
