Netflix Can’t Entirely Escape Privacy Claims over ‘Our Father’

Three secret children of the Indianapolis fertility doctor documented in the Netflix Inc. film “Our Father” can move forward with their breach of privacy lawsuit, even as a federal court rejected some of their claims.

Three women alleged the Netflix streaming video service, and RealHouse Productions LLC, broke a promise not to reveal their identities without their explicit consent in the documentary about a fertility doctor’s unauthorized use of his own sperm to impregnate patients.
