British author Neil Gaiman defeated a Trafficking Victims Protection Act suit that his former nanny filed against him in federal district court in Wisconsin after the judge determined that the case was filed in the wrong forum.

The former nanny, Scarlett Pavlovich, sued Gaiman in the US District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, where the author currently resides.
