NBA’s James Harden Shakes Off Moses Malone Jr.'s Assault Claims

NBA standout James Harden defeated claims that he was part of a conspiracy to assault Moses Malone Jr., after a Texas appeals court found no evidence Thursday that Harden knew or approved of the the assault.

Malone presented no proof showing a “meeting of the minds” between Harden and Malone’s assailants, the Texas Court of Appeals, First District, said.

Malone, who is the son of former NBA All-Star Moses Malone, alleged that Harden was behind his assault and robbery outside a Houston after-hours club in June 2016.
