Nautilus’ $4.25 Million Treadmill Power False-Ad Deal Gets Nod

Nautilus Inc., and customers who alleged it overstated the power of certain treadmills, secured an Ohio federal judge’s final approval of a $4.25 million settlement that provides marketing changes and a fitness app subscription in addition to a cash payment.

Lead plaintiff Robert Walker had alleged that Nautilus misrepresented the horsepower attributes of Nautilus, Schwinn, and Bowflex equipment.
