Nature’s Bounty Defeats Appeal in Fish Oil False-Ad Lawsuit

Nature’s Bounty Co. and Bountiful Co. fended off an appeal Monday by fish oil consumers who allege they were duped by the popular dietary supplement’s labeling.

Consumers wouldn’t be fooled by the “Nature’s Bounty 1400 mg Fish Oil” package, the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit affirmed in a nonprecedential summary order.
