National Public Radio, CPB Spar Over Speech, Funds Dispute

National Public Radio Inc. urged a D.C. federal judge Tuesday to find that the Corporation for Public Broadcasting is violating its First Amendment rights by withholding funds, and may soon get a chance to try to prove it at trial.
