National Park Sign Reinstatement Order Paused by Appeals Court

A district court order requiring the Interior Department to reinstall national park signs pertaining to climate change and marginalized communities was put on hold by the First Circuit.

In the meantime, the department can continue acting upon President Donald Trump’s “Restoring Truth and Sanity to American History” executive order, the First Circuit said Tuesday in ordering an administrative stay.
