Two former employees of NASCAR Enterprises LLC dropped their separate lawsuits alleging the stock-car racing sanctioning body failed to protect the personal information of employees and consumers that was exposed in an April data breach.
Carl Warren and Keaton Hargett filed notices of voluntary dismissal Tuesday in the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida. A third lawsuit over the breach remains pending against NASCAR in the same court.
