New York Giants wide receiver Kenny Golladay won’t be held in contempt for failing to comply with subpoenas in a suit by his former agent against a sports memorabilia company, a federal trial court ruled Monday.
A finding of contempt for failing to appear for a deposition in response to a subpoena from his former agent Jason Bernstein isn’t warranted because Golladay later sat for his deposition via Zoom, Magistrate Judge Anthony P. Patti of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan said.
