The NFL’s New York Giants asked a New Jersey trial court to dismiss claims by the team’s former video director that he was fired in retaliation for complaining about workplace violence.
David Maltese alleges the team fired him in March 2021, less than six months after he reported that his immediate supervisor, Tyseer Siam, assaulted a subordinate of Maltese, Steven Venditti.
