N.Y. County Gun License Denial Violates Constitution, Suit Says

A Nassau County, New York, resident who was rejected for a license to carry a handgun says the denial violates his Second Amendment rights.

Alexander Khaykin sued county and state police officials after his application to purchase a handgun was denied due to several arrests and a poor driving record, according to a complaint filed Friday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
