Elon Musk’s America PAC failed to convince a federal court to dismiss an Arizona voter’s class suit alleging his million dollar presidential election sweepstakes in 2024 collected personal information under false pretenses.

Joy Harvick told the US District Court for the Western District of Texas she wouldn’t have provided her personal information to sign up for the sweepstakes if she had known winners weren’t really chosen at random but—as a representative later said—for their ability to serve as spokespeople.
