Musk, Twitter Shareholder Spar Over Scrapped $44 Billion Deal

An attorney for Elon Musk urged a Delaware judge Monday to throw out a Twitter Inc. investor’s lawsuit over his busted $44 billion deal for the social media giant, while counsel for the shareholder leading the case insisted it has merit independent of the high-profile litigation between Musk and the company.
