Musk Must Produce Experts From Delaware Twitter Purchase Case

X Corp. owner Elon Musk was order by a San Francisco federal judge to produce three expert reports that were prepared in Twitter Inc.'s 2022 Delaware lawsuit over Musk’s attempt to back out of purchasing the social media platform.

Magistrate Judge Donna M. Ryu of the US District Court for the Northern District of California on Tuesday said a discovery agreement between Musk and a group of investors suing him over his attempt to lower Twitter’s stock price indicated that he must produce the reports from the Delaware case.
