Questions over who’s currently running a company to manage pop icon Prince’s estate—comprised of the late musician’s family and friends—will be fast-tracked by the Delaware Court of Chancery.
A lawsuit filed earlier this month challenges amendments initiated by some of Prince’s relatives to the management structure of Prince Legacy LLC.
“We’re going to expedite this case to quickly resolve the question of whether the written action was valid and achieved what it purported to,” Chancellor Kathaleen St. Jude McCormick said in a hearing Thursday.
