Mueller Water Products Inc. must face allegations that it failed to accommodate an employee’s anxiety and panic disorder and then retaliated against him for taking protected medical leave.
Jonathan Wells sufficiently alleged that the water infrastructure manufacturer “restrained or burdened his ability to exercise” his rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act during a medical crisis, Judge Jonathan E.
