Mountain Valley Pipeline LLC agreed to drop trespass claims against a protester who allegedly chained himself to pipeline equipment, in exchange for a court order barring him from entering any sites owned by the company.
The parties asked Chief Judge Thomas S. Kleeh of the US District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia to dismiss the case with prejudice and enter a permanent injunction prohibiting Jerome James Wagner from unlawfully entering or interfering with operations on sites owned by Mountain Valley.
