A court-appointed panel overseeing the distribution of attorneys’ fees in consolidated opioid litigation recommended Motley Rice LLC receive the lion’s share of a $2.13 billion pool.
The firm will receive 18.6% of the fund, or $396 million, according to the fee panel’s order filed June 7 in the US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Simmons Hanly Conroy LLC is set to receive 11.4% of the fund, Napoli Shkolnik PLLC will get 8.4%, and Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP will get 8.1%.
