A motion to voluntarily dismiss with prejudice drugging and rape claims against a JetBlue pilot by two flight attendants was filed in federal court Friday.
The parties filed the motion in the US District Court for the District of Puerto Rico after the case was referred for mediation. The motion was entered by all the parties.
