A female New Jersey university softball coach is seeking damages on behalf of herself and a class of other female coaches after being suspended, then fired, from the position she’d held for 33 years based on allegedly unverified complaints of misconduct.

Anita Kubicka sued Montclair State University, its president, and two other school officials in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey on Wednesday, alleging violations of various state and federal discrimination laws.
