Canadian travel and lifestyle company Monos Travel accused a rival of infringing its Carry-On trademarks for luggage.
Monos has continuously used trademarks that share the Carry-On name at least as early as 2018 for some of the marks and 2020 for others, according to the complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. The company asserted trademark rights for Carry-On Plus, Carry-On Pro, and Carry-On Pro Plus.
Nomatic Inc.'s luggage is “marketed and sold using the same, or similar, retail trade channels as” Monos’ products, and is sold to the same customers, Monos says. ...
