MongoDB Inc. officers were sued Monday for allegedly making misleadingly bullish statements to investors about a new sales strategy before announcing disappointing results.
Mongo investor Nathan C. Silva filed the shareholder derivative complaint in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, alleging Mongo CEO Dev Ittycheria and other company leaders breached their fiduciary duties.
