Mondelez Employees Advance Lawsuits Over Bryan Cave Data Breach

Mondelez Global LLC and law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP must face proposed class actions arising from a February 2023 data breach at the big law firm that exposed the personal information of more than 50,000 employees who work at the snack-food company.

The seven named plaintiffs in the separate lawsuits alleged concrete injuries sufficient to establish their standing to sue in federal court, Judge Jorge L. Alonso of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois said Monday.
