The parental rights group Moms for Liberty won a federal appeals court decision reviving its lawsuit that claims a Florida school board violated members’ First Amendment rights by restricting comments at public meetings.

A panel of judges from the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit reversed a lower court’s decision finding the group had failed to show the Brevard Public Schools’ policy governing public comments at school board meetings was an unconstitutional limit on free speech.
