Models Sue Strip Club Over Unauthorized Use of Their Images

Eleven professional models sued a Maryland strip club in federal court for allegedly using their photos to promote its business without their permission.

The plaintiffs seek damages and an order barring Wet Sands Inc., operating as Showcase Theater in Beltsville, Md., from using the images, according to the complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
