A model’s right-of-publicity claims against video creation company QuickFrame Inc. were trimmed by a New York federal judge, who left intact a single breach-of-contract claim in a dispute over the use of her photographs.

Furman in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York found in a Wednesday order a genuine factual dispute over the terms and existence of a contract between plaintiff Patty Ratermann and QuickFrame, denying the company’s motion for summary judgment on that issue.
