An Insomnia Cookies LLC manager in Missouri must arbitrate his wage claims, a federal court said.
Two general managers, Michael Williams and Jonn Gibson, sued the company in April 2023 for violations of federal and state wage-and-hour laws. They alleged the company failed to pay overtime and sought to represent a collective under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act as well as a statewide class.
