Grocery delivery company Missfresh Ltd. and its US investors received final court approval for their $4.9 million settlement of claims that the Chinese company overstated its revenue before its initial public offering.
Judge Jed Rakoff signed off on the deal in an order entered Friday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, and approved attorneys’ fees of about $1.2 million, or 25% of the total. He had trimmed claims from the suit in November 2023.
