Two former Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. clients allegedly owe the firm more than $4 million in unpaid legal fees and interest, according to a complaint filed Tuesday.
Mintz is suing parking meter provider Duncan Parking Technologies Inc. and parent company CivicSmart Inc. for failing to pay the firm for roughly two years of services helping the companies defend themselves against a separate federal lawsuit in California.
