A Singapore-based company that operates a non-fungible token services platform is entitled to a permanent injunction against a rival company alleged to infringe its unregistered mark, a federal judge said.
Mintable PTE. Ltd. sufficiently established Mintology Inc.'s use of the mark causes a high likelihood of consumer confusion, said Judge Lewis J. Liman of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Liman granted Mintable’s motions for default judgment as well as for a permanent injunction.
