A legal advocacy group led by conservative activist Edward Blum brought a constitutional challenge Wednesday to a Minnesota law that requires the state’s social work regulatory board to include racial minorities.
Blum’s American Alliance for Equal Rights is suing Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz in the US District Court for the District of Minnesota on behalf of two non-minority Minnesota social workers.
