A Christian, Native American employee of a state-run health facility resolved his Title VII religious discrimination and retaliation claims against the Minnesota Department of Human Services, six months after a federal appeals court revived the case.

Aaron Norgren filed a complaint with the EEOC over a leave request that he said was initially denied after he objected to mandatory gender identity and anti-racism training.
