MindMed Settles With President, Meme Stock Trader Over Proxy Bid

Medical psychedelics company Mind Medicine Inc. has reached an apparent settlement with its ousted president Scott Freeman and his nephew in a lawsuit alleging they tried to regain control of the company’s board through issuing misleading proxy solicitations to shareholders.

Judge Denise Cote said it was reported to the US District Court for the Southern District of New York that the case has been settled, and on March 13 ordered the case to be discontinued.
