Mike Tyson, Ric Flair Allege Fraud by Licensing Company (1)

A group including Mike Tyson is suing the former executives of licensing company Carma Holdco, alleging a “brazen RICO conspiracy” involving fraud and “shameless self-dealing.”

The ex-executives inflated the company’s share price, paid off their critics with no-show jobs, and spent company money on private expenses, according to the complaint filed in US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois by Tyson, Carma, former wrestler Ric Flair, and hemp company LGNDS.
