Mick Jagger and Keith Richards are facing a copyright infringement lawsuit by a songwriter who alleges they pilfered two of his works for use in a 2020 digital release.

Plaintiff Sergio Garcia Fernandez, known also as Angelslang, alleges the Rolling Stones “used unauthorized copying and sampling” of his works, “So Sorry” and “Seed of god (Talent in the Trash),” in their recording, “Living in a Ghost Town,” according to the complaint filed Friday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
