A former University of Michigan ice hockey player may pursue his claim that a Jewish antisemitism watchdog group defamed him by incorrectly posting on X that he painted swastikas onto the Ann Arbor campus’ Jewish Resource Center, a federal court said.
John Druskinis was caught on camera painting male genitalia and a homophobic slur on the sidewalk leading up to the center and was immediately suspended from the university hockey team.
