Medical malpractice allegations against a Michigan doctor must continue because the claims against him were timely filed, a federal judge ruled.
Judge Robert J. White, of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, on Monday denied the summary judgment motion from H. George Levy, an ear, nose and throat doctor from Monroe, Mich., because “no reasonable jury could conclude that McGuire’s medical malpractice claims against Dr. Levy are untimely.”
