Michigan City, Female Firefighter End Gender Discrimination Suit

A female firefighter in Jackson, Mich., agreed to drop her claims that she was subjected to gender discrimination and sexual harassment while working at the city’s fire department.

Judge Shalina D. Kumar of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan signed the parties’ stipulation to dismiss the case with prejudice Dec. 5.
