Comedian Michael Rapaport will have to prove at trial his breach of contract claims against Barstool Sports Inc., after the Southern District of New York found there are too many disputed facts to resolve the case in the comedian’s favor.
The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York affirmed its earlier ruling trimming some of Rapaport’s claims and sending his breach of contract claims to trial, and rejected Rapaport’s request for an immediate appeal of the decision, in an order issued June 25.
