A Northeast Illinois Regional Commuter Railroad Corp. worker failed to show the rail service known as Metra discriminated against him following a positive drug test.
Timothy Hoffstead can’t show that Metra’s actions were taken because of his disability, the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit ruled Thursday.
“Hoffstead has not demonstrated a genuine dispute of material fact that, but for his disability, Metra would not have undertaken the series of actions that it did,” said Judge
