A former MetLife Group Inc. employee settled a lawsuit alleging that the company said her pregnancy-related absences were ineligible for coverage under the state’s family leave statute and later terminated her, according to a text entry on the District of Connecticut’s docket.
Judge S. Dave Vatti oversaw a settlement conference on Tuesday, the same day the text entry appeared.
