Meta Worker Alleges Retaliation for Raising Misogyny Concerns

A Meta Platforms Inc. employee says he faced on-the-job retaliation after raising concerns of what he claims is a misogynistic workplace culture, according to a lawsuit.

Jeffrey Smith alleges in his complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York that Meta violated the New York Human Rights Law through retaliation and interference. He’s seeking an injunction and damages.

Meta didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
