Meta Hit With Pregnancy Discrimination Suit From Ex-Employee

A former Meta Platforms Inc. employee claims she was discriminated and retaliated against due to her pregnancies and for taking related medical leave.

Eunbit Cho was “subjected to clear discrimination” and fired shortly after reporting it to the company, she alleged in a complaint filed Oct. 3 in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.

Cho was a strategic sourcing manager from May 2021 until she was fired in April this year.
