Mercedes Benz Worker Files Nationwide Wage Suit Over Kronos Hack

Mercedes-Benz USA LLC is facing a new Fair Labor Standards Act lawsuit from an employee in Georgia who says he and other workers across the country were underpaid when its timekeeping and payroll system was hacked.

The luxury vehicle manufacturer “pushed the cost” of the hack onto “economically vulnerable” workers who rely on getting paid in full and on time, according to the complaint filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
