Media Matters Sues X, Seeking to Move Cases to California Court

Media Matters for America sued Elon Musk’s X Corp. on Monday, asking for a court order stopping the social media company from pursuing lawsuits against the left-leaning watchdog in Ireland and Singapore.

Media Matters’ lawsuit filed Monday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California said that X’s own terms of service at the time it began its legal campaign against Media Matters stated that lawsuits must be filed in courts with jurisdiction in San Francisco County.
