McKinsey to Settle Opioid Lawsuits by Cities, School Districts

McKinsey & Co. agreed to resolve lawsuits in San Francisco federal court over its role advising opioid manufacturers in their sales of the painkillers. The amount of the settlement in principle wasn’t disclosed in a court filing.

  • Both sides proposed to US District Judge Charles Breyer to report the status of finalizing the agreement in December
