McCormick Sued Over Heavy Metal Contamination in Spices (1)

McCormick & Co. fails to disclose that certain spices have unsafe levels of heavy metals such as lead and arsenic, according to a new proposed class action in federal court in California.

California residents Kelly Balistreri and Tony Michel allege that they wouldn’t have bought ground basil, oregano, paprika, and thyme had they known the products contained heightened amounts of heavy metals.
